Hotel reservations should be made through the registration process, not directly with the hotel, no later than Thursday, September 21.  The rate for our conference is $239 per night plus taxes.

Cancellation Policy
If you find you are unable to attend the conference after you have made a hotel reservation, please contact Tiffany Hiett 72 hours prior to your expected arrival date to allow for hotel cancellation at no charge. Cancellations not received within 72 hours prior to your expected arrival date may result in hotel charges assessed to your commissions.

Travel Info

For those who have qualified for a percentage reimbursement, arrangements must be made through Graycar Travel at 800-858-0852 no later than September 21. Your commissions will be charged back for your portion of the airline expense. Please see list of qualifiers and benefits.

Note: Airline reservations must be made no later than September 20 to ensure the best availability and cost. Reservations or changes made after September 20, which result in higher costs or fees, will be the individual’s responsibility. Changes made to a booked reservation resulting in additional fees will also be the individual’s responsibility.

Tickets will be issued at the lowest available airfare and may include a connection. This does not guarantee a preference of airline. Reservations MUST be confirmed within 24 hours to guarantee quoted airfare.

  • Taxi from PHL airport:  $30 estimated (one way)
  • Uber from PHL airport: $30 estimated (one way)
  • Hotel Valet Parking: $53 a day
  • Regional Train from airport to Jefferson Station at 12th & Market Streets

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS?

We understand there may be an occasion where special needs are required. In the event that you have a special need due to health, disability, religious, dietary, etc., we ask that you provide us with advance notice so that we can assist you within the parameters of the convention and the hotel to accommodate your needs. In the event the hotel is unable to meet your requirements, it will be your responsibility to make other arrangements. All hotels selected for recognition club conventions are ADA compliant. Club conventions are recognition events specific to the published dates. Conventions and conferences do not have a cash value and cannot be exchanged for alternative dates. Inactive reps are not eligible for conventions and conferences.
